I've installed the application on Windows 10, but at the end of it, I also received an error that it couldn't register a file. Also, the software is working in a very different way, because after installation, I was able to find a folder with multiple files having a proprietary format.
Because of that I strongly recommend reading the installation instructions after the archive is unpacked. Download the software through the application's page.
No, the software is not acting as a translator application. This is a TTS (Text To Speech) application. It says the words you type in Sinhala using the built-in voice synthesizer of your PC.
